Quote of the Week
Liberalism is a condition that prevents individuals from seeing what is
right in front of them to avoid obvious conflicts with their own
ideology. D. Saylor
The Real Objectives of Climate Change Treaties
This climate change treaties is to do several things among international
competitors. The most import objective of our competitors is to place
the United States at a competitive disadvantage with China, India, and
the rest of the third world. It also puts the US at a disadvantage
with Europe by leveling the competitive playing field. The second
objective by progressives is to have Government control resources and
raw materials to make corporations the servants of Government. This
is the kind of economic system that the Third Reich installed (which was
a socialist government), and is still a prominent component of Fabian
socialism in Europe.

What Infidels Don't Get About Islam
What infidels don't get about radicals, is that they all are
non-religious. One has to understand that Islam is a scoreboard to
attain heaven, unlike Christianity which provides a path to forgiveness
for all sin. In Islam, sin stains the soul through eternity. Only
three things insure heaven in Islam, good works, a sinless life, and
or martyrdom. That's how non-religious Muslims are recruited, as
martyrdom is the one way to wipe all sin from their path to heaven. No
forgiveness for sin, except by martyrdom.
This is why religious Muslim men are totally freaked out if women are not covered and they are inadvertently aroused and sin. They don't want to sin, or they might otherwise be forced into martyrdom for redemption. Many Muslim terrorists frequented Gentlemen's Clubs and drank because their decision to martyr themselves provided a get-out-of-hell card. You have to understand this to fight it. The non-religious Muslim is the more likely profile for a terrorist.
This is very much why religious and non-religious Muslims are not compatible with Western civilization. The religious fears temptation and tries to impose Sharia, while the non-religious sins due to Western open societies and martyrs himself.

The Last Debate Will Determine the Election
An important event in the 1980 presidential campaign was the lone
presidential debate, which was held one week to the day before the
election (October 28).
"After trailing Carter by 8 points among registered voters (and by 3 points among likely voters) right before their debate, Reagan moved into a 3-point lead among likely voters immediately afterward."
The last debate will determine our dim future under Hillary Clinton, or a brighter one under Donald Trump. Its either "Donors First", or "America First".

What is Illegal Immigration?
Illegal immigration isn't immigration at all, but an invasion of
foreign nationals crossing our borders without authorization then
demanding we rewrite our laws to give them political power. That is
an invasion of a foreign power, subverting the rule of law.

Soro's Recollection of His Nazi Collaboration Days
In Dec 20, 1998, on 60 Minutes Steve Kroft interviewed George Soros
where Soros, a Hungarian Jew, admitted collaborating with the Nazi's s a
teenager and stated: "...I had no sense of guilt."
KROFT: My understanding is that you went out with this protector of yours who swore that you were his adopted godson.
Mr. SOROS: Yes. Yes.
KROFT: Went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from the Jews.
Mr. SOROS: Yes. That's right. Yes.
KROFT: I mean, that's -- that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years. Was it difficult?
Mr. SOROS: Not -- not at all. Not at all. Maybe as a child you don't -- you don't see the connection. But it was -- it created no -- no problem at all.
KROFT: No feeling of guilt?
Mr. SOROS: No.
KROFT: For example that, 'I'm Jewish and here I am, watching these people go. I could just as easily be there. I should be there.' None of that?
Mr. SOROS: Well, of course I c -- I could be on the other side or I could be the one from whom the thing is being taken away. But there was no sense that I shouldn't be there, because that was -- well, actually, in a funny way, it's just like in markets -- that if I weren't there -- of course, I wasn't doing it, but somebody else would -- would -- would be taking it away anyhow. And it was the -- whether I was there or not, I was only a spectator, the property was being taken away. So the -- I had no role in taking away that property. So I had no sense of guilt.

Fixing the Inner City
These communities are a perfect storm of Democrat corruption and the
complete and utter breakdown of the family structure. Building
charter schools and making it easier to get capital to the few brave
entrepreneurs willing to open a business in these blighted areas are
needed. Somehow empowering churches to rebuild moral family
structures in the next generation to head off self destructive behaviors
must be done. Also changing welfare policy to not encourage an over
70% out-of-wedlock birthrate is imperative. The Government is
actually encouraging and subsidizing women to have as many as six kids
from different fathers who are not supporting the family. That is a
poverty and crime incubator. Educating people at an early age not to
follow these patterns is key (school and media education campaigns). I
would say forcing deadbeat dads to pay child support is also an
imperative, but a lot of these guys are either in jail or involved in
illegal activities themselves. Its a real mess, and until black
leaders recognize that the Government cannot fix it alone, little
progress will be made. These people are going to have to look deep
inside themselves and take control of their own lives.

The Muslim and the European.
The Muslim and the European. Muslim’s dying in Syria cross the
borders to Europe. The Muslim’s cry out, "let us in, for we are
desperate and hungry." The kind Europeans open their borders;
Muslims are fed, housed, clothed and gratitude should be in order.
After taking their fill the Muslims now say, “your lifestyle is all wrong and it must be changed…… so change or great trouble will be headed your way. They demand, "cover your women and prepare food to our traditions, don’t criticize our Prophet, and live under Sharia without question."
The Europeans cry out, "we don’t understand but we will try, as this may
be too much to buy." The Muslims strike out, they hack, cut, and fire. “Why do you kill we generous Europeans....didn't we pull you from the mire?” The Muslims answer, "you knew we were Muslim when you took us in, and the nature of our beliefs kills those who offend”.

Islamic Radicalization
The idea of Islamic "radicalization" is misunderstood across the board.
Islam is a zero sum game. Meaning heaven is based on a scoreboard, tallied up by great works of faith. There is no forgiveness for sins as in Christianity. All your sins follow you to judgement except under one circumstance. That is martyrdom.
Muslims who migrate to Western culture face temptations they've never confronted. They can't force Western women to cover for example, so they lust and sin. They are exposed to alcohol, sex, and drugs, and become addicted to a Western lifestyle. This part of them that seems progressive creates great conflicts with their Islamic psyche that these sins will follow them, and with no forgiveness, will send them to hell. Panic sets in.
The answer, martyrdom, or what the West calls radicalization. Once that decision is made, they become free to rape, pillage, or steal. As their final destination is eventual martyrdom, their faith teaches all these sins will be forgiven. The 9-11 hijackers went on a binge of Gentlemen's clubs and alcohol consumption. This seems non-Islamic, but its not for martyrs. All Muslims, because of cultural confrontation with free societies, have the potential to crack as the only means of redemption available to them for past sin. Hence "radicalization".

#NeverTrumpers are Kamikaze Pilots in Hillary Clinton's Airforce
Jonah Goldburg is in the #NeverTrump camp, and as usual grossly
overstates Trumps trade policy. What a surprise. As all the
#NeverTrumpers say they can't be persuaded to vote for DJT, then whats
the point listening to their whining? Its a waste of time.
We cannot enforce trade agreements if we are unwilling to unleash sanctions against countries that dump products tax free into our markets, or manipulate their currency making our exports unaffordable in their markets, or blocking entirely our ability to export products to their markets, or even when they are brazenly stealing intellectual property and violating patents.
Ronald Reagan liked free trade, yes. But he also stopped Japan from dumping semiconductors into the US, and made agreements with them to voluntarily reduce import of cars. He did this to save American industries and jobs, which are key to national security. The economy did just fine.
The Red Chinese are rebuilding their blue water Navy largely on profits from huge trade deficits. We are talking about advanced precision weapons, fighters, and nuclear subs that can target our cities. The promise of free trade was to increase our manufacturing base, not destroy it. Americans are going to have to decide whether national security is more important than buying super cheap flat screen TVs from Communist competitors.
Secondly, Trump will reduce regulations and corporate taxes making it more feasible to operate in this country again. These #NeverTrumpers are not going to get away with their gross exaggerations and lies.

Is Mexico Sending Killers and Rapists to America?
They are. The Mexican Government is aiding and abetting migration
of their population to the US. Mexican consular offices located in the
US are part of that effort. Remittances from Mexican nationals are
the second biggest source of income. Inside that population are
criminals of various classes. In Texas alone, criminal aliens
identified by the Texas Department of Public Safety have been
responsible for the most heinous types of crimes -- and in astonishing
numbers. From the Texas DPS report:
A review of these 177,588 defendants shows that they are responsible for at least 611,234 individual criminal charges over their criminal careers, including 2,993 homicides and 7,695 sexual assaults

What is a Petard?
Many are using the cliche, "hoisted upon his own petard", without knowing what is a petard is. A petard was an Elizabethan era devise to blow up barricades or gates.
Shakespeare added the hoist as a bit of a joke, in Hamlet Act III.
The Melancholy Dane would have his assassins hoisted (or blown up) by
their own petard....."For 'tis sport to have the engineer/ Hoist with
his own petard …"

Secular Government
A secular government doesn't mean its a form of government that seeks
to favor atheism upon free people. That country was called the
Soviet Union. It is critical to insure our freedom that our
Government recognizes that only God gives men and women rights in which
Government has no authority to redeem (unalienable rights). Once that
concept collapses, then the State becomes God and can write changes or
limit those freedoms. The State is then the giver, and taker, and not
God.
A free people cannot exist without morality, or one willing to submit to the rule of law. The more immoral the population, the more laws and enforcement are required which gradually erodes these freedoms. The inner cities are so immoral (e.g. corruption, crime, and vice), it almost calls for Martial Law (or the suspension of Constitutional rights) to right the ship. A moral population is important to remain free.
The 1st Amendment was written to insure that no man is forced on his knees or forced off his knees. In matters of religion, the Congress has no authority or power. That prohibition applies to creating laws to favor or oppose religion. In no way does that imply individuals in that government cannot openly practice faith as free citizens.
On the other hand, local laws or ordinances that force Christian bakers, florists, or photographers to participate in ceremonies they dim forbidden in their faith practice violates the 1st Amendment rights of their citizens. It favors one religious point of view over another. This is not the "secular" government the founders had in mind.

National Review's Attack on Trump
The attack is lame. The attack focused on Trump, when this entire wave isn't about Trump. Its about tearing down a political system that has let too many people down. The Democrats focusing on fringe constituencies, and Republican focus on small business and commercial interests is off target. The parties are not addressing the concerns of average workers, and their families. You can't raise their issues without being called a racist, homophobe, islamaphobe, isolationist, bigot, or gun loving redneck. This is the equivalent of Bastille Day for the working class. Trump is simply the vehicle with the money to take it to the man. Criticizing Trump has no effect, even though the criticism may be valid in some cases.

The Saga of Hillary Clinton
Much more to report on Hillary Clinton, who told the families of the dead and the American people that it was a spontaneous attack due to a UTube video. Emails prove she was lying, as she told the Syrian President, the Egyptian prime minister, and her daughter it was a terrorist attack by an Al Qaeda "like' group the very next day. Not an angry mob demonstrating. You don't bring heavy mortars to a demonstration. The spontaneous response due to a UTube video was a cover story.
Why is this important? Trust. She lied to cover the fact that her State Department did little to protect the consulate after cable after cable (600 of them to be precise) requesting, begging, urgently yelling for additional security. She did nothing, her State Department did nothing. The key reason she used the video and the spontaneous narrative was to claim she nor her staff could have anticipated this attack. Her own email traffic absolutely proves she was lying to the families and the American people.
Secondly, she claimed no classified information was on her server, which is nonsense. Every one that's ever held a security clearance understands and is briefed on what represents classified information. Even if information is not marked (as she claims), you understand by the nature of the information whether to treat it as classified. Her excuse that information or emails were not marked does not mesh with her responsibilities to protect sensitive information. Careless handling is a criminal offense.
None of this is a political charade

Did Bush Keep Us Safe?
Bush made a key mistake of letting too many Clinton appointees stay on to empathize with the hanging chad controversies of 2000, but how that affected what information he had to work with we'll never know. Bush deliberately kicked over a hornet's nest in Iraq, while leaving us vulnerable with wide open borders and still no way to track down visa overstays. He did not keep us safe, as many Americans were killed or injured by illegal aliens pouring across the border from Mexico, Central, and South America. Its still goes on every single day while never reported by the MSM. Bush did give the Islamic enemy every opportunity to strike us at home....and by shear luck it didn't happen again. He gave jihadists our throat, and they didn't strike. I'll not thank him for that.

Religious Liberty
If we are just one justice away from loosing religious liberty in the public space, then we have to figure out how to eliminate that risk. Carson said a President has no duty to enforce or carry out Court legislation. The Supreme Court has legislated on abortion, and they have legislated on the definition of marriage for State licensing. Neither of these issues are found within the context of the Constitution, yet the court ruled.
We need leaders willing to challenge the courts, and to remind them they are only one branch of the three. If the Supreme Court takes it upon themselves to decide what is or isn't Constitutional based on tortured logic and invented rights not literally found in the document, and their authority to do so must be challenged by the President and Congress. Once any kind of contract is signed, you can't add inferences or demand rights that were never explicitly cited. The Court can't, and shouldn't be permitted to do this either.
If the Court is the final arbiter (which I don't believe), then lets do away with Congress and let the unelected judges decide what the law should be? Due to activism, the Courts have become political bodies, and should be treated as such.

The Myth of Free Trade
Free trade doesn't exist as its a one sided deal. Products come in from other countries tariff free, American exports are either taxed or the importing nation's currency is manipulated to reduce the affordability of our products.
What is being missed, is that you cannot manage this problem without the threat of imposing a tariff to correct errant behavior of trading partners. Critics say this will start a trade war, but looking at trade deficits, we seem to already be the casualty of a trade war.
This is how it works. Raw materials and equipment flow across to Mexico tax free to build or supply factories in Mexico. In return, finished products manufactured in Mexico flow back to the US tax free. Raw materials have less value than finished goods, and the reason our trade deficit continues to grow. Meanwhile, Mexico exports its criminal class and poverty to the United States. The Mexican Government actually provides assistance their nationals to penetrate our border, and has consular offices in the US to help them access the US welfare state. In return, Mexican nationals send billions of dollars in remittances back to Mexico (money orders). So Mexico are actually making a profit on the poverty of their own nationals. What a great deal.......for Mexico.

The Strawman of "Mass Deportation"
The "mass deportation" rubric is really a GOP establishment strawman to continue the status quo. The strawman creates the false imagery of a police state to discredit proponents of enforcing our immigration laws. What Trump's plan includes is enforcing immigration law and prioritizing criminals that are currently being released back into US communities. If employers are required to use e-verify before hiring individuals, it will turn off the job magnet and force illegals who either flew here, drove here, sailed here, or walked here to leave on their own. With no access to work or benefits, they have no incentive to stay. I'm so sick of the "mass deportation" strawman being used to discredit enforcement of US laws. There are priorities, strategies, and tactics to turn off the spigot of illegal immigration....to include building the wall and stopping visa overstays.
If other GOP candidates have published a better plan, other than "its all about love", I'm willing to consider it. I listened to Kasich yesterday on Syrian immigrants, and he went on another moralistic rant and said we need to help bring this dangerous lot of refugees into the US or we should tear down the Statue of Liberty. Really? Kasich had no idea how we would screen dangerous ISIS plants in this group, but said it was our duty anyway. That is easy for an elite politician to say, who has taxpayer provided security and lives behind a security fence or in a gated community.

US Education
The educational model is broken in the USA. Half of US STEM graduates even find work in these fields. Industry claims they need H1B visas to file positions, so something is wrong here. Either US universities are not meeting the mark with educational standards, or we have a nasty mix of corruption between Government and Industry to force US wages down. Yes, college is useful, or was useful, but too many are finding $100K plus in college loan debt is not worthy of 50K per year jobs they are offered.
The 'rounding' of US engineering graduates with expensive communist ideology and propaganda apparently makes them generally too expensive to hire. Foreign technical school graduates are in much higher demand for US industry. That educational model uses a lower cost vocational approach...minus the "rounding" courses required in US university curriculum. Educational costs continue to rise far above inflation levels, while wages continue to fall due to influx of foreign technical graduates with more competitive educations.
I am a retired project manager for a major defense industry. My observation with all this is the failure of industry to accurately define what is required for jobs currently being performed. Generally managers with engineering backgrounds over qualify job descriptions. As a result, they end up with high turnover of bored engineers. They predictably then claim they can't find qualified Americans to fill those positions. It's a ridiculous assertion. The failure is really not understanding the qualifications and training needed for the jobs they need done. They want foreign engineers, and trap them to those jobs with H1B visas
