Hate Crime Legislation

Hate crimes are simply unconstitutional. I frankly don't understand liberals fascination with them. It is a corruption of the legal system by introducing political correctness to determine or affect criminal sentences. Under our Constitution, we all have equal protection, meaning, the law cannot distinguish between different classes of people. The fundamental flaw with hate crime legislation is that favors one class of people over another.

If a crime is perpetrated against a homosexual person, for example, why would the law punish that crime more severely than the same assault again a heterosexual individual? This is unconstitutional, as it clearly discriminates against heterosexual persons or non-minority victims. The law, and our guarantee of equal protection can not value one person above another. Liberals ought to object, but they don't.

I would beg every fair minded individual contact their Congressman or Senator and encourage them to vote against the current legislation speeding towards BO's desk. Hate crime legislation is unconstitutional and unnecessary.
The murderers of Mathew Sheppard are serving life sentences without the possibility of parole in Wyoming. Hate crime legislation wasn't necessary to deliver justice. The current law is sufficient.

I also did some checking into FBI data, and of the 16,000 murders committed in the US, only .02 percent were even related to gender related crime. In fact, Whites are far more likely to be a victim of a crime committed by a member of another race than the other way around. This legislation is about political correctness, and has no basis in reality. It must be stopped.

Before you boycott Israel!

No Jesus Stuff Around Here Anymore

NBC Washington Reports: "Amidst all of the American flags and presidential seals, there was something missing when President Barack Obama gave an economic speech at Georgetown University this week -- Jesus.
The White House asked Georgetown to cover a monogram symbolizing Jesus' name in Gaston Hall, which Obama used for his speech, according to CNSNews.com."

Since we must now prove, according to BO, that America is not a Christian nation ... the White House has to busy itself hiding all of the Christian symbols on historical buildings. When BO visits Arlington cemetary, I suppose we'll have to cover up all those pesky crosses on the tombstones... lest a MSM camera catches them and descredits BO's previous proclaimation to the Muslim world...that America is not a Christian Nation. Christians, Obongo's brownshirted secular humanists are only hiding your crosses now, next time, they may be nailing you to them.

PS, Bobby, get that CROSS off your grave immediately young man!!! Don't you know that's Federal property? This is not a Christian nation anymore, just ask your drunken, girl drowning, fornicating brother who endorsed this empty suit for President of the Godless States of America.

The Fallen American Empire...the Summit of the Americas.

I'm so proud that BO is striking such new friendships with Socialist Governments. It seems socialist leaders and BO are discovering that they agree more than disagree on areas of foreign policy and governance. The United States is a terrorist, imperialistic State that deserves its comeuppances. Yes BO, we are so sorry for being the exceptional, great capitalistic power we are.... that provided more resources and money to the worlds poor than any nation on Earth. Not to mention, taking the lead in removing international bad guys and restoring rightful Governments. Yes, we are so damn sorry. Perhaps BO is right, America shouldn't lead, and let the world lead us. Europe, leading in the 20th century, brought us two world wars. Yes. Looking forward to America stepping back, and becoming another socialist mediocre power. BO has put us on equal footing and moral equivelancy with the likes of Chavez, Castro, and Ortega.

Evil is slobbering at the prospect of gobbling up the world, with no Judeo Christian power to stand in its way. Altruism is replacing our Christian heritage, and we know how good, just very good, people are if given a chance. Just ask Senator Stewart Smalley.

Are You a Right Wing Extremist?

I thought I would share a few thoughts on the DHS report on right wing extremism. I've extracted portions of that report (in black text) that are of particular concern to me. My comments are in blue text.

* (U) Right wing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly anti government, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.

The above statement essentially carries the nefarious threat that if you join groups that support these issues, then you are a potential extremist. Its certainly obvious that the Government worries about the potential for these groups to radicalize and attack particular religious, racial, or ethnic groups. Somehow, maybe I’m just a little cynical, that they have little concern about Muslim organizations attacking Christians here.

attractive to right wing extremists. DHS/I&A is concerned that right wing
extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to
boost their violent capabilities.

Yes, America has much more to fear from returning combat veterans than Islamic terrorists pouring across the Mexican border. Doesn’t this sound like a line out of the Code Pink handbook, that those who risk life and limb to defend America are its greatest risk? God help us if we have people in ‘our’ Government who actually ‘think’ like this.

(U//FOUO) Weapons rights and gun-control legislation are likely to be hotly contested subjects of political debate in light of the 2008 Supreme Court’s decision in District of Columbia v. Heller in which the Court reaffirmed an individual’s right to keep and bear arms under the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, but left open to debate the precise contours of that right. Because debates over constitutional rights are intense, and parties on all sides have deeply held, sincere, but vastly divergent beliefs, violent extremists may attempt to co-opt the debate and use the controversy as a radicalization
tool.

I liked the language discussing the 2nd Amendment, that the "precise contours of that right" are debatable. Unbelievable. Taking away Americans Constitutional right to bear arms will always be hotly contested. Federal infringement on the 10th Amendment (States Rights) was hotly contested in 1861, and will be in 2012. The liberal judiciary seems to believe they can simply change the Constitution’s meaning by legal opinion, rather than going to the bother of ratifying changes or new amendments. Yes, tyranny will always be hotly contested in the United States of America. The day it isn’t, then it isn’t America anymore.

(U//FOUO) DHS/I&A will be working with its state and local partners over the next several months to ascertain with greater regional specificity the rise in right wing extremist activity in the United States, with a particular emphasis on the political, economic, and social factors that drive right wing extremist radicalization.

I think my fellow Americans, we need to start working with our own grassroots organizations to ascertain the rise of leftwing extremism in DHS, and develop strategies to mitigate these internal threats to American liberty and economic freedom.

Small Town Tea Party Success!!

I am happy to report that our little town tea party, expected 200 - 500 tax protesters to show up. An unbelievable 2000 attended!!! Amazing. I am proud, and pumped.

There is a march on Washington planned for the 4th of July. Lets keep it going!!!!

TEA PARTY OR BUST

Like many of you, I just put the finishing touches on my taxes. Man, am I pissed...again. I'm working for the Government, literally. You are too, probably. To top everything off, the news media (MSM) is going on about how BO personally sapped those Somali pirates and saved Captain Phillips. You'd thought the Navy Seals were minor players in the whole drama. My cup runneth over.

We need to stop yelling at the TV, and start yelling ON TV. Get off the couch, and head to a local TEA PARTY.

I hope and pray thousands, no millions of you, are on the march. Lets start stomping so Washington can feel the earth tremble at our approach. Lets put the fear of God in these Socialist bastards. Don't disappoint me.

Did Christ Rise?

There were eyewitnesses to the empty tomb.

Eyewitnesses that saw Jesus after the resurrection (at least 500 witnesses). Many historical events recorded in history and accepted as truth have less verification.

The number of people involved in such a fraud, if were such, would be near impossible without someone exposing it.

The Christian movement began in Jerusalem, the least likely of places (where he was killed), as all that it would have taken was the discovery of Christ’s moldering body to stop it cold.

Disciples, after seeing Christ, martyred their lives to spread Christianity. Why, for a fraud....a hoax? They died not for power, money, fame, honor, but died a criminal's death for the revealed truth. Why else?

Centuries of verifiable prophecies fulfilled, written a thousand years before his birth. Christ could not have arranged the circumstance of his birth or his death at the hands of the Roman State.

Everything in the world has changed, as a result of the birth, life, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. A mere man with no army or navy, no earthly kingdom, living only to the age of 33, conquered the most powerful empire in the World, Rome. Every time we look at a calendar, date a check, it was based on the date of his birth. How could he be anything but who he said he was, the Son of God. His purpose, to save us. No other reason, no other purpose, but fulfill the law, so sin can no longer condemn us to the grave. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. Good news for we sinners.

Homosexuality, Iowa, and the March of Altruism

Homosexuality is a psycho-sexual disorder. Some have looked into the background of homosexual males, and have found some commonality. Three things stand out: 1. Raised in a family with a passive or submissive father, 2. A dominate mother, 3. A child with a high degree of sensitivity (defined as strong reaction to outside stimuli, positive or negative). Some children are much more sensitive than others and it’s an unexplained personality trait in individual children, although I’m sure there are various theories. These three things, coupled together, set the stage or potential for homosexuality to take root. No one yet knows why males coming from these circumstances tend to display such proclivity for same sex attraction. It could be a coping mechanism to reduce anxiety, as asserting dominance in a typical male role can often create conflict and tension that sensitive males find frightening and uncomfortable. Perhaps retreating into a ‘Gay’ identity provides some refuge or relief from these anxieties, and why those so afflicted cling so desperately to this identity. I should caveat that due to social pressure, sometimes homosexual males camouflage their behavior in public to avoid scorn. Some are more comfortable, and outwardly express their identities in manner of speech, dress, and general demeanor. I don’t hold the belief that sexual preference is necessarily innate, as many kinds of experiences, circumstances, and socialization can impact ones application of ‘self’ as a sexual being. Yes, nature certainly plays a roll in sexual proclivity as well, but external stimuli all weigh-in to potentially alter nature’s call. The intelligent human being has the ability to restrain or act out sexual behavior in any way they choose. Yes, we all have proclivities. Everyone does. Compulsions can be very strong, some say irresistible, and need to be addressed with treatment…as some are very destructive. Of course, these three conditions discussed above do not account for all cases of homosexual behavior, but I am simply stating that many male homosexuals have many or most of these factors in their respective backgrounds.

These personality traits, generally develop between the ages of 2 and 5. This is the reason it’s so difficult to treat, because these coping mechanisms have been reinforced over a lifetime. There have been some reparative therapies that have been successful for passive homosexuals. The starting point of homosexual reparative therapy is the realization of a problem. An alcoholic or addict will not stop drinking or using until they recognize there is a problem. Most doctors, taking a political position these days, are now unwilling to call homosexuality a disorder. There are few places for these people to go other than to believe this Gay identity is what their stuck with. This has hyper-politicized the issue further, and why the natural progression of this is to create (from thin air) an issue of civil rights…for what would be otherwise be a recognized sexual proclivity disorder (not a race, gender, creed, or religion issue).

There rests the dilemma…that we are told that we have no choice but to accept that homosexual behaviors are normal… regardless of the fact that our own biology screams that it is not. Homosexual sex is an unhealthy practice and lifestyle. Homosexual men especially, have a life expectancy of males in third world societies. It is a high risk sexual behavior that can have deadly consequences. Saying this is normal or good is not my definition of compassion, if thats what this bonehead judge in Iowa thought he was demonstrating.

Younger people, who are otherwise normal adolescents, unfortunately, have been encouraged to experiment by many voices in society they trust (friends, teachers, celebrities, politicians, etc). However, this sexual experimentation has lead to homosexual techniques practiced in the heterosexual community, between men and women, which are equally unhealthy. We are seeing manifestations of this experimentation causing a wider diversification of sexual practices and perversions in all communities… that are not conducive to a healthy society…either physically or mentally.

I have also read postings by homosexual apologists that the growing divorce rate is an indication that marriage is no longer a viable institution in our society (and that's a defense of homosexual marriage...I don't get it). That view has as much cynicism attached to it as pouring pollution into a river, then saying the water is no longer fit to drink. The failure of marriage is symptomatic of this growing sexual immorality that is rapidly spreading throughout the country. If we, as a nation, do not uphold marriage as the ideal institution for the preservation of the next generation, then I fear what America will look like in the next 100 years. Children, with two parents of the opposite sex, born into the security of a nurturing loving home, taught Judeo-Christian moral values to keep them healthy and viable, are the best option for a strong Nation.

Others disagree. Liberals, and even some well meaning people believe supporting the Gay agenda is compassionate, but by doing so unwittingly plant the seeds of their society’s destruction. Once the currency of their Christian heritage is lost forever, and it’s replaced with secular altruism, it’s finished....done. History is replete with the cruelty and destruction caused by man’s faith in his own goodness (Hitler, Marx, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Castro, Amin, Chavez, and Liberal Federal Judges), all worshiping in their church of altruism. The only boundaries they have are in their own judgments, and their own moral sense of right and wrong. There is no higher authority in the Church of Altruism…I’m it…its ME…I’m the King. So much for the American experiment.

We Americans need to think more about Unalienable Rights, and what that means. Our Creator endowed to us (as Stated in the Declaration of Independence), Unalienable Rights, that no Dictator, King, State, or Principality can abridge or remove. I wish someone would tell this to the altruistic judges of the Federal Court, who believes both the Ten Commandments and the Constitution, are subject to any modification using any strain of tortured logic to interpret and create new rights without a legislative process. Why not do away with legislature and executive branch, the Constitution...lets just do away with elections and representative government entirely...and let the judge decide...everything. That won't send us to hell, but we'll get there faster.

Is it Time to Join a Militia?

Although I never felt insecure enough to join a militia, I am beginning to see a definite need. Yes, I am fearful. Call it paranoia, call it nativism, call it bigotry, call it xenophobia, oh hell...just call it plain unAmerican. I'm joining up.

I need a brotherhood (including sisters) who I can turn to when things start falling apart. The average numbnut doesn't appreciate that our civilization... our very existence hangs on threads. You take an island like Hawaii. If ships and planes stop coming with food, fuel, and medical supplies, how long would the population on that island survive? How long would it take for the wheels to start coming off the cart...24, 48, 72, or 120 hours? It won't take long, my friends (my John McCain impression..just kidding, of course). I was talking with a truck driving friend of mine who said most grocery store shelves would empty in just 48 hours without restocking deliveries. Supply chain management folks. Nothing is warehoused in any great quantity anymore. I tell you again, our very survival hangs by the hour...should anything interrupt the routine delivery of life sustaining supplies. Think about it.

I was in Fayetteville NC when hurricane Bonnie blew through. Staying in a hotel, the local news station recommended everyone get batteries, get water, get canned goods, get enough stuff to tide you over for two to three days... if things went South. That very night, I went to the store. Guess what. No water, no milk, no bread, no batteries, no flashlights, no nothing...absolutely nothing could be bought potentially useful for survival (less than 2 hours from that report). In a real emergency, I'm convinced we'd kill each other for a jar of olives.

What is equally perilous is that I don't recognize my country anymore. I look around, and don't see fellow countrymen, but foreigners speaking every language you can imagine...except English. You see, they don't see you as a fellow American either, but just another competitor. These people wouldn't give you a second glance... certainly couldn't count on them to lend a hand if you needed help. Forget it. You're a gringo, a infidel, a honky, a redneck, certainly not one of them. I now know how the Israelis feel, surrounded by people who are indifferent a best, or would cut your throat at worst.

Therefore, join a militia. You can't count on the system, whether its local , State, or Federal. Your not going to find me standing on a rooftop like a Katrina moron with a help sign. The next emergency may be very different. You can't count on the invaders who now live among us in America. What you can count on is a loaded AK with full magazines....and a few equally equipped like minded friends watching your back.

Conservatism, Isn't it Enough?

I keep hearing from liberals that Americans are turning away from Conservatism. I'm not so sure.

The reason is that I don't think most people under 40 know what Conservatism is anymore. Its been so bastardized by the Rockefeller Republicanism of Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, George H. Bush, Bob Dole, George W. Bush...and last but not least John McCain. Who can wonder, in the past parade of Republican Presidents, we've only been blessed with one Conservative in the White House, Ronald Reagan.

Conservatism was and is the American dream. That everyone owns their own liberty, owns the fruits of their labor, and can build their own life with little or no interference from the Government. Conservatism believes the reason for man's existence is for the good of himself, his family, and his God. Under Conservatism, the moral choice of charity belongs to the Individual.

Compare this to Liberalism, that everyone has a obligation to provide for the greater good, and for that reason Government can own the largess of all production...redistribution for all... regardless of individual contribution. Liberalism believes the reason for man's existence is for the good of society at large. Under Liberalism, the moral choice of charity (renamed social justice by Libs) belongs to Government.

It is very clear to me that once people understand that Conservatism bids them to keep what they earn, who could argue with that other than a blatant Communist? Why wouldn't most hard working people want to keep more of their income to buy things for their family.... rather than hand it over to bureaucrats to spend on social justice programs? If people really understood this, would Liberalism, or just call it what it is...Socialism, stand a chance in America? Isn't liberty, economic liberty, always better than Socialism?

As for me, I choose liberty. I choose. I give freely to those in need, but those who take without asking....they should know "Don't Tread on Me" is tattooed to my heart.

The Dear Leader Shot His Rocket

Our President, will rush off to the UN, to craft another resolution that Kim Jong Il, the Dear Leader, will ignore. The Dear Leader made promises that he wouldn't build his little rocket, and was given economic concessions for this promise. So what will he get in return for being the lying sack of shit he is....well...more resolutions and sanctions. The usual response is that he'll make more promises, the UN and the Obama administration will forgive, and it starts over again. Each time it gets worse. I guess we're waiting until North Korea finally has developed rocket technology and nuclear weapons that they can market and sell to the radical Islamists.

Speaking softly but caring a wet noodle isn't working, Mr. teleprompter President. Is this a war on terror, or now just another contingency operation? Get a new speech writer, your weakness is showing.

Is That Jesus Over There?

A Republican in a wheelchair entered a restaurant one afternoon and asked the waitress for a cup of coffee. The Republican looked across the restaurant and asked, "Is that Jesus sitting over there?" The waitress nodded "yes, " so the Republican requested that she give Jesus a cup of coffee, on him.

The next patron to come in was a Libertarian with a hunchedback. He shuffled over to a booth, painfully sat down, and asked the waitress for a cup of hot tea. He also glanced across the restaurant and asked, " Is that Jesus over there?" The waitress nodded, so the Libertarian asked her to give Jesus a cup of hot tea, "My treat.

"The third patron to come into the restaurant was a Democrat on crutches. He hobbled over to a booth, sat down and hollered,"Hey there, honey! How's about gettin' me a cold glass of Miller Light?" He, too, looked across the restaurant and asked, "Is that God's boy over there?" The waitress once more nodded, so the Democrat directed her to give Jesus a cold glass of beer. "On my bill," he said.

As Jesus got up to leave, he passed by the Republican,touched him and said, "For your kindness, you are healed." TheRepublican felt the strength come back into his legs, got up, and danced a jig out the door.

Jesus also passed by the Libertarian, touched him and said,"For your kindness, you are healed." The Libertarian felt his back straightening up, and he raised his hands, praised the Lord and did a series of back flips out the door.
